Type 79/85 Dragunov SVD, 7.62x54 & .308 | Cased 7.62 available sale POR! The PRC adopted the SVD for their armed forces & Police, it's believed the first rifles were either Soviet builds or Soviet kits, a few of the PRC examples that came into the US in the late 80's early 90's have the remains of the Ishevsk arsenal stamp, or appear to have been "cleaned" & remarked in some cases. Some of the last of the Chinese imports were chambered in 308. Both a very early leather cased 7.62x54 rifle & a later .308 version are shown in this album. |
