What a beautiful little guy. I am in California and also not available until December to adopt a pet. Otherwise, I sure would love to have that precious little guy. My daughter has had two Rat Terrier's. The first one just stole my heart. This second one is just adorable too! This little Stevie is one special little fellow though...I sure wish I could have him. Let me know what happens to him please.
