1 Hi! I started my rescue journey in Southern Louisiana, where I was dumped in a shelter. My shelter name was Bones, but do I look like a "Bones" to you? My new foster family didn't think so. My cheerful, "sunny-side-of-life" personality earned me the name "Chipper".
2 I am a happy boy who loves life, people, and other dogs.
I play well with other dogs. I'm learning that toys are fun to play with. In the short time I've been in my foster home, I have not chewed or torn up anything. When the action is slow-paced, so am I . . . content to lie around peacefully. Yet I'm willing and eager to join in when the action picks up pace - I love to run and play!
3 See how small I am? Not much taller than these water bottles. Though I may be small, I have a BIG personality!
There are no cats nor small children in my foster home, so I'm not sure how I'd react to them.
Wow! What a cute little guy. I bet that he won't be in foster care for long.

Cindy, don't you mean PEEbody? :-) Poor little guy - the long ride was stressful for him. Thanks for your help!! Debbie

What a precious boy Chipper is. I was so glad to be a part of his rescue in the form of transporting. He really took to me and vise versa. I will never forget him laying his head on my shoulder and loving me before he was handed off to his new foster mom and dad....he is the sweetest and best little dog...but, to me he will always be dubbed peabody!
